This tiny but mighty superfood contains over 250 biologically active substances, including proteins, carbs, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. Bee Pollen is ethically harvested to ensure that the bees still have plenty of pollen to feed their own young.
How much bee pollen should you take: There is no standard dose. Some people use 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of bee pollen granules daily. It can be taken by itself, it has a sweet nutty taste. Most people put it in smoothies, yogurt or sprinkle it on your cereal in the morning. Ask your doctor for advice before using any natural product for your health.
